Saturday Early Birds

As you are aware, we train on a Saturday morning between 7.30am and 8.45am. Over the past few months we have noticed that the number of swimmers attending this session has dwindled. Please remember that attending training sessions is of up most importance, as the time you spend training will improve your ability and stamia. Those swimmers who attend regulary will notice that they are able to achieve personal best times frequently.
